Sandi noticed how pretty that girl Lari Bender bare feet were with her painted toes as she walked down the street along side Sandi. She wondered for a moment how that was going to work when they got to the grocery store.
She didn’t have long to wait, though, as they started walking across in the parking lot. Lari stopped, and turned to look at Sandi.
“Sandi, my dear, if you are going to play with my feet, you are going to have to always want me to walk outside with no shoes. I go barefooted 24/7, with no shoes on”.
Sandi reached down and started to try and touch the bottom of Lari feet. “That sounds really fun,”, she said, “but are you allowed to go barefoot in the store?”
Lari laughed. “Of course, my dear, this is California! Why do you think we moved here!”
The two barefoot girls started walking across the parking lot again, Sandi followed Lari Bender. She wore anklelength blue jeans that rested on the tops of her so pretty bare feet with Bright Red nailpolish.
The asphalt parking lot was still really really dirty as it was late summer, and Sandi loved how it looked on her bare feet. “I’m going to walk on the black oil spots where the asphalt is the dirtiest “, Lari suggested. Sandi was amazed how easily Lari walked barefoot on the dirty parking lot – she felt that Lari must have been doing that for years.
Finally they walked into the supermarket.
