A man who my husband and I did not even know just one year ago has saved our marriage. From the outside, friends have noticed some changes in me but on the inside, I am a completely different wife, coworker and woman. And it all is because of one man.
I am Robin, 41 years old, a mother of two children and now happily married to Josh. I was a teacher for years before I took a position in administration leading a group in reading programs for a district. Josh is in sales, selling chemicals to large farming operations. We considered divorce and even spoke with a few lawyers but decided to try counseling instead. In counseling, I found Josh’s affair partner was a few years younger but not really pretty and was overweight. I could not figure out why he decided to start an affair with such a person. In counseling, we both said we loved each other, wanted to stay together but that changes were needed.
On the way home after our third session, I finally could not take it anymore and just blurted out the question.
“Why would you screw a fat, ugly woman like that,” I asked. “I mean, I understand if you would have picked a 20-year old hot body, but why her?”
Josh was silent for a minute and just kept his hands on the wheel. Finally, he spoke.
“She did things with me you would never even think of doing,” he finally said. “She never said no to anything and was submissive to me, calling me master. I finally felt like a man with her and it felt good. You control your life, my life, the kids lives, everything. For once, I wanted control and she gave that to me.”
Needless to say, I was shocked at all this. I wanted to ask exactly what she did for him but truthfully, I was scared of hearing the answer. We arrived home, had dinner with the kids and went to bed later that night. I could not sleep wondering what she did with my husband and kept replaying his answer in my head.
“Josh,”, I whispered. “I have a hundred questions but now is not the time to ask. I do want to know how you met someone like her?”
Josh rolled over and looked at me. I could tell he did not want to talk about any of this.
“One of my old friends you don’t like has a brother who trains women,” he finally said. “You never knew, but I was talking to my friend about how controlling you were and how I wanted a life back. He contacted his brother and two days later, I met her for coffee. Physically, she was not attractive but when she started talking, I knew I wanted her. We ended up having sex that day.”
I wanted to ask what they did, how she did it, if he came in her and a hundred more questions but decided to leave his answer where it was.
“Is that what you want,” I finally asked. “Do you want me to be submissive to you?”
We lay there in the dark for what seemed eternity with only the sounds of breathing before he answered.
“That is what I want,” he finally answered. “But truthfully, I don’t know how to do it. She came already ready trained and ready. I would love for you to be slutty and horny but I think we need help in getting both of us to that point.”
It took minutes for us both to think what to say next. I was the one who spoke first.
“We need to save what we have built and what is our future,” I finally said. “Tell your friend to set up a meeting between us and his brother. If he can help us and make our relationship what you want, I will do it.”
